This “dealership” sold me a 2014 Chevy Cruz with a 500mile/15 day power train warrantee. I immediately take it to my mechanic and he found that it’s leaking oil and requires a new oil cooler and oil pan (parts add upto about 400$ without labor) 22 phone calls later and 7 unanswered emails I’m told that they can’t honor their warrantee because they gave me such a good deal in the first place. First off that’s breach of contract. I called and as soon as I mentioned I was filed paperwork with the attorney general I was hung up on because the lady said”since legal matters were mentioned this call has to be terminated”. I’ve had my car sitting in my garage for over 3 weeks now because I don’t want further damage without the fix that their contract covers. I will not undo this review until action is taken on my vehicle and it is fixed and my contract/warrantee is honored. -Denice Howard
