I originally gave them a 5 star review right before leaving the lot. At the time I felt customer service was exceptionally great. The day after purchase my engine light came on, I got it read at auto zone and they said the oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced, also the air wasn’t working properly. I reached out to Eddy and he stated that they would cover the cost to fix it, again good customer service at the time. Bought the piece at auto zone and got it replaced but it still didn’t work. Called Eddy back and let him know and he stated that it was because it was an aftermarket piece and i needed a gmc manufactured piece. i bought that and got the piece put on by THEIR mechanic. That still didn’t work. After this their whole energy changed. So I took it to Gates and they said i needed a new oil pump, got that replaced, still not fixing the issues. Here were are 2 1/2 months later I need a whole new ENGINE! I believe they knew this truck was faulty. During the buying process they basically pressed me into buying the warranty because they knew we would have issues. The warranty doesn’t even cover half the cost for the engine and that’s even if they were to approve the claim.
