I had a really good experience at Frankfort Car Outlet. I had been looking around at a few different places before coming here, and honestly this was one of the better experiences I had. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying something. I want to give a special thanks to Robert for helping me out. He was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and was straight with me about everything. He took his time going over the car and the paperwork with me, which I really appreciated. The process was pretty smooth and I never felt rushed. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you're trying to find something that fits your budget, but Robert made the process a lot easier. He was patient and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything.
